For donations made using a payment card, you must be the authorised cardholder and have the necessary permissions and funds to donate. 

In accordance with charity law, charities are not authorised to refund donations except in specific circumstances, or if we are at fault in obtaining your incorrect donation. For further details, please refer to the Charities Act 2011.

We will review requests for refunds of any duplicate donations made in error (excluding the original donation).
