Kholoud's Children See A Brighter Future
“I thank everyone who is helping and supporting us, and remembering the orphans. I wish they are in Paradise with the Prophet Mohammad (pbuh). May Allah bless you and everyone involved.”
Kholoud and her two children fled Syria through a tunnel in 2015 after a four-year siege. Tragically, Kholoud's husband passed away, leaving her to care for her children alone in Lebanon. Without family support, finding work has been a challenge, and initial help for refugees in the camp where they live has decreased over time. Her children are still too young to work, and Kholoud feels the weight of responsibility to provide for them every single day.
Thanks to your support, Action For Humanity has stepped in to sponsor her two children, dramatically changing their lives. Kholoud is now able to cook meat and nutritious meals for her family. She can afford to pay the rent, buy groceries, and take her daughter to see the doctor, as she has epilepsy and needs regular medication.
Your sponsorship has given Kholoud and her children a chance to survive and prosper and a feeling of hope that one day they can return to their homeland.
