Action For Humanity Announces Leadership Transition

After eight years of leadership, Action For Humanity Global CEO Othman Moqbel will step down from his role on 1 September 2026. During his tenure, Othman helped transform the organisation from Syria Relief into a global humanitarian charity supporting millions of people worldwide. Wassim Khmaja has been appointed Acting CEO, while Othman will support the organisation through a six-month handover period as Action For Humanity enters its next chapter.
