About the Challenge
Overview
The Seven Sisters Hike is more than a scenic challenge. It’s an act of solidarity. In partnership with Action for Humanity, this hike directly supports humanitarian relief for families still struggling to survive in Gaza. Your fundraising will help provide hot meals, clean water, food parcels, and even shelter for those displaced by conflict.

Event Details
We’ll gather on Saturday, 21st June 2025, to hike one of Britain’s most iconic coastal trails. The 20-kilometre route weaves through the majestic white cliffs of the Seven Sisters, nestled between Seaford and Eastbourne in the South Downs National Park.
For those coming from London, we’ve arranged return coach transport from 164 Buckingham Palace Road. The coach departs at 7:00 AM sharp and returns by 7:00 PM. Prefer to drive yourself? No problem — you can meet us directly at Seaford Esplanade Car Park.

How to Join
Step one is simple: register through Eventbrite. Once signed up, you’ll receive a confirmation email and a link to join our event WhatsApp group. This will be your go-to space for live updates, car-sharing options, fundraising tips, and community support.
Step two is to begin fundraising. We ask each participant to raise a minimum of £50 — a small target with a powerful impact. Your fundraising link and all the guidance you’ll need will be shared with you upon registration.
What to Bring
Be sure to dress for the elements. We recommend a polyester base layer, a warm fleece mid-layer, and comfortable hiking trousers. Good hiking or trail shoes are essential, and hiking poles are welcome if you use them. Bring a packed lunch, snacks to keep your energy up, and at least 1–2 litres of water.
Our trained hike leaders will be clearly marked in Action for Humanity gear and will keep everyone together from start to finish. You’ll be expected to stay within the group for your safety and the spirit of solidarity. First aiders will also be available throughout the hike.
Take the First Step
This hike is your chance to make a real difference for families in Gaza and yourself. It’s a chance to connect with nature, with community, and with purpose.
Let your steps send a message: that even in crisis, we choose compassion.
Your fundraising efforts will make a world of difference.
As you take on this incredible challenge, your fundraising will directly support those who need it most. Every penny you raise will help bring comfort, safety, and dignity to people enduring unimaginable hardship.
