With no school, no heating, and barely enough to eat, her family survives on scraps. They use old shoes and waste to fuel their stoves, and even essential food like vegetables, sugar, and oil are luxuries. Meat is just a memory. Her children wear clothes and shoes found in landfill sites—and some have never even tasted fruit.
