Mount Kilimanjaro Challenge: Climbing for Gaza & Syria with Action For Humanity

In September, a team of twelve adventurers took on the Mount Kilimanjaro Challenge with Action For Humanity and Sunnah Treks. Over five days, we trekked through rainforest, moorland, and alpine desert before facing the toughest test of all: summit night. Fifteen hours of climbing in freezing darkness pushed us to our limits, but at dawn, we prayed on the mountainside and continued to Uhuru Peak, 5,895m above sea level. This wasn’t just a climb; it was a charity challenge to raise vital funds for families in Gaza and Syria — communities facing daily struggles far greater than any mountain. Every step we took was for them. The Kilimanjaro fundraising challenge gave us strength, perspective, and a sense of unity we’ll never forget. This was our Kilimanjaro. Yours could be next.
