Winter is approaching, and families already facing humanitarian crises urgently need protection from the cold.

Across Gaza, Syria, Yemen, Jordan and Pakistan, families affected by conflict, displacement and poverty are preparing for another difficult winter. For those living in tents, damaged buildings and temporary shelters, falling temperatures and heavy rainfall can make already difficult living conditions even harder.

Without adequate clothing, blankets or protection from the cold, families face increased risks to their health and wellbeing. Action For Humanity is preparing to deliver essential winter assistance to families across five countries, helping them stay warm, improve their living conditions and face the colder months with greater security.

Our aim is to raise £100,000 to support up to 8,250 people this winter.

£60 – Provide an Essential Winter Kit
Help a family stay warm with three thermal blankets, a ground covering, winter gloves, socks and other essential winter items.

£95 – Provide an Enhanced Winter Kit
Help a family access additional winter protection, including four thermal blankets, shelter insulation, a winter clothing voucher and heating support.

£200 – Help Protect Up to Three Families
Contribute towards essential winter assistance for up to three families, helping them stay warm and better protected against harsh weather.

Winter in Gaza: Families Need Our Support

In Gaza, thousands of displaced families are facing the colder months in tents and makeshift shelters, often without adequate protection from rain, wind and falling temperatures.

For families who have already lost their homes and livelihoods, winter brings further challenges. Damp shelters, limited clothing and exposure to the cold can put children, older people and those with existing health conditions at greater risk.

Action For Humanity has already delivered winter assistance in Gaza, including 960 blankets to 480 displaced households, alongside winter kits, clothing vouchers and shelter protection materials.
