In Gaza, the hunger crisis has reached breaking point. Over 1.8 million people are experiencing extreme hunger, and 200,000 children are suffering from acute malnutrition. Nearly half a million people are facing catastrophic food insecurity, the highest level of hunger anywhere in the world.

Over the past year, we have distributed 16,000 food parcels to displaced families from Gaza, helping those struggling to access even the most basic necessities. This includes 10,000 parcels already delivered, with a further 2,500 en route, while preparations are underway to provide thousands more to families in urgent need.

Each parcel contains essential food items such as rice, flour, lentils, sugar, and oil, providing vital support to families facing severe shortages. With your support, we can reach those still waiting for assistance, bringing nourishment, dignity, and a lifeline of hope when it matters most.

Action For Humanity is responding as Gaza’s families are pushed beyond survival. Parents go hungry so their children can eat. Babies fall asleep with bottles filled only with water. One in five children is acutely malnourished. Hospitals are failing, clean water has run out, and families are at breaking point.
